While highly unlikely, OnTapTickets also reserves the right to not fulfill any of the marketing obligations as advertised, for any reason, when using our ticketing platform.

When your event is published, it will automatically be added to our 'Featured Events' calendar page, found here: www.OnTapTicketsEvents.com. This is a public page that is promoted and shared in multiple ways on our end to drive traffic to all active OnTapTickets events.
OnTapTickets Email Marketing
By creating and hosting your eligible event on OnTapTickets.com, your event will be marketed for free to the OnTapTickets network of previous ticket buyers of other OnTapTickets-hosted events.
OnTapTickets will proactively promote each eligible OnTapTickets-hosted event to previous OnTapTickets ticket buyers of other events via targeted email marketing campaigns. OnTapTickets reserves the right to choose if your event is included in any of these emails, how it's included, when it's included, what content is shared, and what email subscribers are targeted in these emails. If your event is created and completed before any email marketing dates are are scheduled for delivery (i.e. if you put an event on sale just days or 2-3 weeks before your event takes place), your event may not have the opportunity to be included in any of our scheduled email campaigns. (Anyone who purchases a ticket to an OnTapTickets event is agreeing to opt-in to these email promotions when they purchase a ticket to an OnTapTickets-hosted event, but they may quickly and easily opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving any future emails at any time if they choose. We never share or sell lists with any 3rd parties and we take email marketing laws very seriously and respect the rights of all email subscribers). If you have specific requests for when or how you'd like your event to be shared via our email marketing, we'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot make any guarantees. If your event is a craft beer, wine, spirits or food-themed event, Indiana On Tap will share and promote your event across its social media channels. (If your event has fewer than 50 paid tickets on sale or if your event is offering 'free' tickets only, they reserve the right to exclude your event from any social media marketing. Your event would only be eligible to be included in our OnTapTickets email marketing). Indiana On Tap reserves the right to determine when they choose to share your event with their social media audience(s) and which platform(s) they choose to share it on (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). By creating and hosting your eligible event (i.e. with more than 50 paid tickets on sale) on OnTapTickets.com, you can expect to receive at least 3 (usually more) social media shares to Indiana On Tap's three social media audiences (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) prior to the date of your planned event. Indiana On Tap reserves the right to choose what content to share in any social media post sharing and/or promoting your event, what date each social media post is published, and what picture they may choose to accompany any social media post. Indiana On Tap will do its best to always share your event's On Tap Tickets event URL when publishing a post on Facebook and Twitter, but reserves the right to not share an event URL on Instagram if your event is shared with their Instagram audience (due to Instagram's guidelines regarding URLs. If this happens, the Instagram post will instead direct potential ticket buyers to OnTapTicketsEvents.com to find your event).
A representative from OnTapTickets will send (via email) a marketing schedule to every event creator within 3 days or less, on average, after their event is published with the dates of their scheduled marketing campaigns, which will include their social media marketing dates as well. If you have specific requests for when you'd like your event to be shared on their social media platforms, they'll do their best to accommodate your request. Your event will also be automatically published to our syndicated partnership network of 3rd party event calendars.
